☑ Salary: $5300 - $6200 + Allowance
☑ Familiar with M&E submission (Permit to work, drawings)

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth take-over and handover of sites
- Formulate project plans that effectively allocate the resources required by the projects
- Lead, monitor and implement the projects with the assurance that timelines, workmanship, safety and technical aspects requirements.
- Manage all project risk and issues
- Submit relevant documents to landlord, building management and/or relevant authority in a timely manner
- Ensure all works meet quality standards and government regulations
- Attend meetings and liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and any other parties involves in the project
- Inspect off-site fabrication and on-site installation
- Ensure that all the defects have been rectified before the arrangement for pre-site inspection.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
Job Requirement:
- Min 5 years of project management
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Building Management, Quantity Survey or related field of studies
- Strong leadership, organization and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Well versed in MS Office applications, internet research skills
- Experience in managing and leading project teams in successful outcome
