Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales and KPI targets. Analyse figures and be instrumental in implementing measures to meet and exceed all KPI targets.
- Ensure feedback received regarding customer service levels consistently meets & exceeds the company expectations and handling of any store customer needs incl. escalations.
- Manage a team to ensure performance exceeds the standards as set for day-to-day operations. Assisting in the hiring, training and development of the sales team ensuring they are consistently motivated to achieve their goals.
- Overseeing all aspects of Health and Safety of staff and customers and the safe keeping of all Edit Suits Co Property
- Work with senior management in setting personal goals for the sales team to ensure continuous development as part of the appraisal process and on a monthly 1:1 basis.
- Ensure key seasonal product is represented in key areas of the store, this may also include being reactive to current conditions.
- Work with the operations team in order to ensure all pending payments, stock movements in & out are recorded effectively and to ensure all shipments are processed expediently and accurately to ensure a smooth operational process is observed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience with at least 1 year as a Assistant Store Manager or equivalent.
- Minimum Diploma or Professional Certificate.
- Well-rounded management background in retailing luxury goods / menswear or high-end hospitality
- Willing to work on Weekends or Public Holidays.
- Demonstrates high level of standard and attention to detail
- Willing to adapt and take on new challenges
- Depth of understanding around KPI’s and impact on store performance
- Always presents a professional image
- Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- A real attention to maintaining high standards in store environment and a keen eye for detail
