Perm Admin Executive

Perm Admin Executive / Store Admin / Admin Executive

Permanent / 2 years + 2 years contract / Permanent

Around $2,000 / Salary up to $1,800 / Salary up to $3,500

Jurong East / Joo Koon / Central or West

Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm / 8.30am to 5.45pm / 9am to 6pm

 

Responsibilities:

Perm Admin Executive

  • Provide general administrative support to executives and managers in the company
  • Provide sales delivery and billing administrative support to department
  • Maintain and update company’s centralized document and record filing systems which includes service report, PR, Capex, Asset records, HR matters, classified documents
  • Managing company asset including record, asset labelling and tracking, stationary and office equipment
  • Assist in other ad-hoc work assignment when required

 

Store Admin

  • Perform daily processing of work orders and maintain accurate inventory status
  • Ensure receipt of stocks are in accurate, good order in accordance to the delivery document
  • Ensure stock accuracy against the delivery/collection document
  • Coordinate delivery schedule to customer’s site
  • Any other tasks assigned

 

Admin Executive

  • Responsible for administrative support for service department as well as admin support for other departments
  • Service support for service department
  • Process of service reports and service invoice billing
  • Processing RMAs and warranty claims
  • Processing of staff expense claims
  • Monitoring of service and maintenance contracts
  • Monitoring of schedule of engineers and reporting of department efficiency
  • Booking of flight tickets, visa and hotels for staffs
  • Ad hoc administrative duties
  • Admin support for other departments

  • Around $2,000 + AWS + VB

Store Admin

  • $1,600 to $1,800

Store Admin

  • Mon to Fri 8am to 5.45pm

  • 5 days work week, 9am to 6pm

Job requirements

Perm Admin Executive

  • Provide general administrative support to executives and managers in the company

Store Admin

  • Preferably with ‘O’ or ‘A’ level certification or Certification in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management
  • Must possess experience in store management
  • Must be physically and medically fit
  • Must be meticulous, detailed, organised
  • Must be literate in English in both verbally and written
  • Must possess a pleasant and neat disposition

 

Admin Executive

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Must be organised and responsible, strong in administrative role
  • Possess high level of initiative with the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective communicator, both spoken and written
