Marketing & Events Executive/ Operation Executive/ Market Support

1 year contract / Permanent

Salary up to $1,800/$2,800/$2,500

United Square, City Hall/Bras Basah/ Near Bartley or Tai Seng MRT

 

 

Responsibilities

Marketing & Events Executive:

• Creation and management of Event eDMs, posters, presentation slides and new hire letters
• Creation and tracking of redemption letters/ ad hoc letters
• Managing giveaway vouchers’ stock, sign-up gifts’ stock
• Monthly and quarterly audit
• Maintaining vendor listing
• Sourcing of new suitable vendors and/or speakers for relevant events
• Engaging new speakers
• Compilation of vendor’s marketing material
• Securing evergreen discounts from vendors for Workplace Banking customers
• Collaborating with Retail Marketing team cross segment events
• Supporting the Marketing and Business Development manager in all other duties pertaining to UOB Workplace Banking and its activities
• Data entry of event requests
• Maintenance of Event Trackers
• Logistics/Event courier/ Security clearance/ F&B co-ordination

 

Operation Executive:
Assist event’s (Wedding & Corporate event) operation for planners:
• Operation of AV/PA for the event
• Set up chairs & tables for event
• Assist program coordination with planners & vendors for event
• Taking care of stock
• Filing and sorting of documents
• Photocopying & Email correspondence
• Some office supplies, item for event purchase
• Others event and office miscellaneous duties as assigned, from times to times

 

Market Support

  • Responsible for the online maintenance of products and promotions
  • Work closely with the sales team
  • Accountable for ensuring products are supported by imaginary and content
  • Readily available to browse and purchase via the website
  • Manage the publishing of product data and imaginary to the website
  • Maintain promotional offers on website, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Recommend and implement effective online merchandising, promotional cross and upsell
  • Update product copy and maintain accurate record of online product offering completeness
  • Administer the start to the end of the commerce / mobile shopper

 

Period

  • Marketing Executive: 1 Year Contract (8 Oct 2018 – 7 Oct 2019)
  •  Operation Executive: Permanent (Full-Time)
  • Market support: Permanent

 


Salary

  • Marketing Executive: $1,800 (with completion bonus
  •  Operation Executive: $1,800 to $2,800
  • Market support: $1,880 to $2,500
     

Working hours:

Operation Executive
• Shift, including weekend & public holiday
• 44 hours per week
• Normal working day: 10am – 7pm
• Event day: By shift 7an to 4pm, or 2pm – 11pm
• Rehearsal: Depends on the rehearsal time (8 hours + 1 hour meal time)
Marketing Executive
• Mon to Fri 9am to 6.30pm

 

Market support

  • Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm
  • Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Location:

  • Marketing Executive: United Square
  • Operation Executive: City Hall / Bras Basah
  • Market support: Located near Bartley/Taiseng MRT

 

Requirements:

Marketing Executive

• No experienced require, training will be provided
• With fluent English communication skills
• Candidates should be strong in physical, able to do tables & chairs moving from one place to another
• Knowledge of Microsoft words, email
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and provide alternative solutions in short notice
• Responsible and meticulous team player
• Able to work independently
• Willing to learn
• Willing to work weekends & Public holiday


Operation Executive
• Experience in areas of marketing and event management
• Strong interpersonal, negotiating and organizational skills

Market support

  • Min 2 years working experience in similar/ relevant capacity
  • Proficient in illustrator and photo-shop
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to work under pressure
