Service Manager (Commercial Service Centre)@Raffles Place- $3500
- Mon-Fri 8:30am-6:30pm
- Raffles Place
- Build knowledge in banking products to effectively serve corporate customers, ranging from small medium enterprises (SMEs) to large corporates.
- Will be professionally trained to deliver solutions-oriented and prompt after-sales service to corporate customers
- The positions allowing the individual to gain in-depth knowledge of back office processes through investigation work on complex customer issues and working with operations for prompt resolutions
- Will serve a portfolio of larger corporates with product holdings like payments, time deposits, loans and other cash management products
- 1 year contract
- $3,000 - $3,500
- Mon-Fri 8:30am-6:30pm (might have extended working hours)
- Not required to do shift work
- Raffles Place
- Preferably have a degree or diploma with work experience in a Contact Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment
- Passionate about customer service, pro-active and cheerful in nature; possess good verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills; and able to handle high volume of calls
- A strong service mind set and ability to take ownership to deliver excellent service at all times is essential
- Mandarin speaking candidates required as will speak to clients.
