Customer Service Executive (Contact Centre - Bank) / Up to $3,200 nego

Contract Customer Service Executive
• Raffles Place (Bank)
• 8 hours per shift (24 hours call centre)
• 1 year contract (Subject to renewal/ conversion to permanent staff)
• $2300 - $3200 nego /month + Allowance (based on qualifications and experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Handle calls and emails promptly by providing accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers on products and services.
• Respond to customers’ queries and concerns with the aim of achieving first call resolution.
• Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues.
• Provide customers’ feedback to respective business partners in order to improve customer experience.
• Introduce and educate customers on the self-service/automated banking channels.
• Perform after- call administration work.

Period:
• 1 Year Contract (Subject to renewal/ conversion to permanent staff)

Location:
• Raffles Place (Bank)

Working Hours:
• Mon to Sun (5 days including weekends / PH)
• 8 hours per shift (24 hours call centre)

Salary:
• $2300 - $3200 nego /month + Allowance (based on qualifications and experience)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Min Diploma holder
• Preferably with customer service experience
• Positive working attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skill
• Able to speak and write good English
• A good team player with a passion towards providing quality customer service.
• A strong service mindset and ability to take ownership to deliver excellent service at all times is essential.
• Able to work independently and commit to work on rotating shifts and public holidays.
• Must be comfortable to do 24/7 shifts.
