Temp Customer Service Assistant (Logistics Industry) $1600-$1800


2x Temp Customer Service Assistant

  • 6 Months Contract
  • Toll City
  • Mon – Fri: 8am to 5pm
  • $1600 to $1800 nego   

Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to write email and communicate with customer regarding daily order and collection arrangements
  • Process daily customer orders in WMS.
  • Communicate with the relevant Senior Logistics Assistants or Logistics Assistants to pass the information and documents completely and accurately.
  • Ensure that all relevant transaction records are accountable and maintained neatly in hard or soft copy.
  • Co-ordinate with transporter to arrange for delivery
  • Ensure customer receive the cargo on time or before customer cut off time.
  • Ensure and manage customer assigned properties in safe and good order at all times.
  • Adhere to warehouse safety and security measures at all times.
  • Ensure clean-desk policy at all times
  • Escalate to supervisor any critical issues regarding service, inventory, and equipment that can affect the quality of work.
  • Update reports in excel. Understanding application of V-lookup and Pivot table

Period:

  • 6 Months Contract

Salary:

  • $1600 to $1800 nego   

Working Hours:

  • Mon – Fri: 8am to 5pm

Location:

  • Toll City

Job requirements:

  • Min GCE O Levels & above with at least 1-2 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficient in Ms Word and Excel
  • Good Communication skills
