Procurement Administrator / Purchasing Assistant / Parts Sale Admin
• Permanent / Contract (1 year) / Contract (2 years)
• Location: Ang Mo Kio / Ubi Crescent / Jurong
• Normal office hours
• Up to $2,200 + incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Procurement Administrator:
• To assist Procurement Officers in processing daily Purchase Orders.
• To perform scanning of documents in workbench.
• To maintain proper filing system.
• To perform other adhoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Purchasing Assistant:
• Admin support
• Help in sourcing for products
• Liaise with warehouse for incoming and outgoing shipment

Parts Sale Admin:

• Handling of projects

• Handling of quotation project. (SAP system)

• Quality/MAN KPI monthly report

• Checking of documents to fulfil SOP requirements.

• Price setting for SS contract.

• Expedite backorder POs 


• Permanent (Procurement Administrator)
• Contract – 2 years (Purchasing Assistant)

• Contract – 1 year (Parts Sale Admin)


• Ang Mo Kio (Procurement Administrator)
• Ubi Crescent (Purchasing Assistant)

• Jurong (Parts Sale Admin)

Working Hours:

Procurement Administrator:
• Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 6pm

Purchasing Assistant:
• Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm
• Sat: 9am to 1pm

Parts Sale Admin:

• Mon-Fri: 8am to 5.45pm


Procurement Administrator:
• $1800-$2200 + Contract Incentive + Up to 2.5 months of Performance Bonus + Transport Reimbursement

Purchasing Assistant:
• $2,100

Parts Sale Admin:

• $2,000

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
• Diploma holder preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
• Candidates with prior procurement/purchasing and SAP experience will have an added advantage
• Able to work independently and multi task
