Team Leader (Trading)

The Team Leader will be responsible for the administration of products. Duties include ordering of new products, updating and maintenance of the product and distribution list. You will also attend to phone enquiries and generate quotations for external stakeholders.

Job Duties:

  • Order products for assembly
  • Update and file documents for each assembly
  • Ensure all information on New Product Lines are obtained and compiled
  • Update and Maintain Master Product and Distribution List
  • Get quotations from suppliers
  • Generate quotations to clients
  • Answer phone calls / customer service for clients
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma holder in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably at a regional office
  • Reliable and able to work on a confidential level
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint
