You will be responsible for benefits and claims administration. You are required to process Workmen Injury Compensation claims and provide support in monthly reports. You are also expected to be accurate in data entry for monthly payroll processing as well as undertake any other duties as assigned.
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource with minimum 1 to 2 years’ of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Employment Act and Work Injury Compensation Act
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Preferably with SAP working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal communication skills
- Independent and meticulous team player
