Executive, Administrative

RESPONSIBILITY :
1. Purchase record processing and updating:

  • New purchase
  • Change of purchase status (change/add purchaser, change lot, transfer case, cancellation of purchase, etc)
  • Follow up on incomplete purchaser particulars
  • Update certificate registration book

2. Certificate processing
  • Checking on purchasing information (payment, purchaser particulars, interment availability, etc).
  • Issuance of certificate (printing, recording, arrange for verification and signatory, etc)

3. Dispatch of certificate
  • Prepare folder, print address in envelope, etc
  • Prepare post list and update mailing record
  • Call customer/agent to collect certificate (by hand case)

4. Compiling and filing of purchaser records (P.O., burial records, etc)

5. Updating and maintaining of burial records

6. Generating and filing of decease records

7. Handling inquiry
  • External inquiry on certificate
  • Internal inquiry (checking / Photostatting P.O., etc)

8. Overseeing the administration duties within the department

9. To assist in any special assignment or assigned by superior from time to time


QUALIFICATION
  • Secondary / Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in related field

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented.  
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Conversant in major Chinese Dialects will have an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good team player
  • Able to work on rotating shift basis inclusive of weekend and PH
