Call Centre Manager/ Team Lead

Job responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of escalation in handling customers’ feedback and complaints
  • Assist Manager in setting up the new contact centre.
  • Manage a team of call centre agents in term of quality check, annual performance appraisal, manpower planning etc.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholder.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as preparing of statics, daily performance report etc.


  • Relevant experience in call centre setting, preferably healthcare.
  • Able to work in fast-paced call centre environment, office hours.
  • Min Diploma.
