Payroll Admin Officer (1 year Contract / Perm) Raffles Place

We are looking for an individual who will be tasked with office administration and payroll functions. 
This resource will primarily be responsible for the preparation and execution of local payroll and other related operations in the Company. The suitable candidate will support the Business Head with Payroll and Office management function.

Key duties:

  • Handle payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate submission (Headcount: 200 +/-)
  • Invoicing matters
  • Assist in AR functions
  • Maintain accurate HR Database and up-to-date employee records 
  • Assist in matters related to Recruitment and Seletion (Internal recruitment) - 20%
  • Managing the daily office operations such as ordering of stationery, office maintenance
  • Handle any other ad-hoc assignments / duties as and when required


  • Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Admin or its equivalent 
  • 1 year of relevant working experience 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and MS Excel
  • Meticulous, good organisational skills and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
