We are working with a wholly owned subsidiary of a company that is one of the 500 largest companies in the world that is listed on the Paris Stock Exchange.

Your Opportunity

Our client wants an outstanding In-house Recruiter to join their family, and training will be provided for new joiners.

  • Working hours are from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm)
  • Bachelor's Degree in HRM or business-related discipline
  • Technologically savvy and experience in ATS is a plus
  • 3- 5 years' experience in recruitment
  • Comfortable in a start-up environment

The Job

  • Manage the entire reruitment cycle and assist in the development of talent sourcing options


  • Participate in talent acquisition activities and may involve sections of strategic talent acquisition projects, processes and programs to fulfill business needs and organizational priorities


  • Collaborate with stakeholders and recruitment agencies to conduct offer negotiations and finalize the hiring process


  • Participate in on-going process improvement and seek most cost effective/highest value third-party contracts to support talent acquisition
  • Assist in other HR duties during off cycle hiring periods
