Position: Office Pantry Assistant/Cleaner

职位: 办公室茶水间助理/清洁工

Working Hours: Monday to Friday , 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities 职责:

  • Ensure the office areas, including reception, meeting rooms, collaboration areas, utilities area, pantry, are clean and hygienic. 确保办公室区域,包括接待区、会议室、协作区、实用区、茶水间,干净卫生。
  • Clean pantry tables, countertops, refrigerators, coffee machines, water dispensers, and display areas. 清洁茶水间的桌子、台面、冰箱、咖啡机、饮水机和展示区。
  • Empty and dispose of trash bins across different areas. 倒空并处理各个区域的垃圾桶。
  • Monitor stock levels, restock supplies (e.g., tissues, paper cups, beverages), and perform regular stock checks to ensure pantry items are always available. 监控库存水平,补充用品(如纸巾、纸杯、饮料),并进行定期库存检查,确保茶水间物品始终可用。
  • Clean cups and utensils, and tidy up tables and chairs in pantries and meeting rooms. 清洗杯子和餐具,整理茶水间和会议室的桌椅。
