Job Description:

  • Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests
  • Assist to prepare and set up assigned restaurant for food service
  • Ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service
  • Assist guests requests, conduct suggestive up-selling, well-versed in all aspects of the menu
  • Manage telephone and email reservation enquiries
  • Assign seats evenly and fairly 
  • Maintain guest profile and history - take note of all special occasions and dates for example birthdays, wedding 
    anniversaries, etc. 
  • Relay all guest comments to the Manager and Assistant Manager
  • Handle and solve any concerns and questions from guests
  • Supervise servers to ensure excellent customer service
  • Support Assistant Manager and Department in achieving all goals and KPI
  • All other administrative duties in the restaurant

Requirements:

  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to work rotating shifts 
  • Muslim candidates to be comfortable with serving non halal food items / alcohol
  • Other allowances: night shift allowance/ OT payment if required for overtime
  • 5-day work week
