Rotating across:

A: 0700 - 1630
Mid: 1030 – 2000
B: 1230 - 2200
Night: 1500 - 0030

· Handle guest check-in, request & cashiering duties

· Handle all leasing activities including the conduct of site inspections and the closure of sales deals as required.

· Act as a link between Assistant Ops Manager and Director of Sales on operations and sales processes.

· Support sales and marketing by providing information including customer feedback and sales leads.

· Manage the daily gymnasium, sauna, and Residents’ Lounge operations.

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• You have minimum 2 years working experience in front office or customer service field 
• Proficiency in Inforbrand HMS - Hotel Management System will be an added advantage
