Managing project budgets, allocating resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization of Personnel and materials.
Purchasing and negotiation skill.
Leadership:
Ability to motivate and guide project teams, inspire confidence and make strategic decisions.
Ability to assist and guide project teams in technical point of view and constructability strategies.
Convincing skill to stakeholders
Reporting and communication
Providing regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders highlighting key achievements, challenges and risks.
Project closure
Ensuring a smooth project closure process, including documentation, knowledge transfer and client acceptance.
Overall knowing of risk and timeline of each project and report to senior management.
Negotiating contract
Working with contract manager to negotiate to get the better team and conditions that benefit to the organization.
Managing contract execution and contract risks:
Overseeing the execution of contracts and ensuring all parties sign and adhere to agreed-upon terms. Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with contracts , including legal financial and operation risks.
Maintaining contract Records
Keeping accurate and organised records of all contracts related documents and communication.
Candidates with over 10 years of working experiences in water works' project and maintenance are much preferred.
