Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all electrical and mechanical systems in construction projects

Review and approve M&E design drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions

Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure compliance with project specifications and statutory regulations

Supervise site installation works and ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical or coordination issues

Lead testing and commissioning processes and ensure proper documentation

Monitor project budgets and manage cost control for M&E packages

Provide technical guidance and solutions to project team and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Report progress and issues to senior management

Job Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering

At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in construction or building services

Solid knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes

Strong project management and leadership skills

Proficient in reviewing M&E drawings and specifications

Good communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Familiar with AutoCAD, BIM, and MS Project will be an advantage

Registered Professional Engineer or LEW license holder (preferred, but not mandatory)
