On behalf of our client, we are looking for Maintenance Sales Assistant Officer (Spare Parts).

Summary

• Create sales estimation and quotation.
• Negotiate with customers on the Maintenance of parts for Building Equipment
• Follow up with customers on invoicing for work carried out

Job Description

• Make estimates for maintenance parts sales.
• Prepare necessary quotations and negotiate with customers.
• Update and monitor the progress of sales status.
• Prepare necessary reports relating to quotation and sales works.
• Issue job instructions and other relevant documents for the works.
• Assist in developing and maintaining software for sales work.
• Coordinate with other departments on matters relating to work.
• Report to superior on all matters relating to the section.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior.
• Keep proper records and fill in works carried out.
• Ensure all data and information are kept confidential.
• Ensure compliance with the Environmental Policy, waste reduction, and pollution prevention.

Requirement

• NITEC/Diploma in Business or Engineering
• Able to handle basic engineering enquiries
• Sales/Customer Service experience would be advantageous
• Basic administrative skills
• MS Office skills with the ability to create tables and manage data analysis
• Fresh diploma graduates are welcome

**This role is more Sales related than administration
