Job Purpose:

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring that the Club's facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained at optimal working conditions. This role includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance, responding to breakdowns promptly, and supporting the upkeep of building infrastructure to provide a safe and functional environment for members and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lighting, air-conditioning, water systems, kitchen equipment, and other club assets.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and servicing.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance work, equipment servicing, and inventory of tools and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and report facility-related issues to the Maintenance Manager.
• Support renovations, fit-out works, or ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Assist in ensuring all areas of the Club are maintained to the highest cleanliness and operational standards.
