Job Scope:

Lead service and repair team
Conduct installation, commisisoning, repair, maintenance services on industrial machineries
Part of Cutting, Welding and Grinding team for in-house Bandsaw Production
Lead coordinator for customized product development projects

Responsibilities:

Lead in conducting of troubleshoot and repair procedures for industrial and commercial sawing machines onsite and at in-house workshop
Ensure prompt service recovery for any breakdown of machines and systems to minimize disruption.
Assist in overseeing and coordinate new product development projects as well as upgrading of existing products.
Lead in conducting preventive maintenance of industrial and commercial sawing machines
Perform electrical installation and troubleshooting of industrial machines
Perform Cutting, Welding and Grinding of Bandsaw blades
Attend customer meetings for development of customized products to suit customer's needs.
Possesses advanced knowledge and skills of electrical work
Possesses advanced knowledge and skills of mechanical work
Possesses basic knowledge and skills of metalworks and metalworking machineries.
Ensure all work processess adhere to safe work procedures.

Requirements:

Possess Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences in electrical or engineering operations.
Prior experience with production, metalworks and process plants will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative and responsible.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently.
Any other duties assigned by Senior Manager
