Requirements
1. Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell maintenance and repair services.
- Identify new business opportunities across sectors (e.g., commercial, industrial, government).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct site visits and offer customized service packages.
2. Technical Support & Solution Selling
- Advise clients on maintenance plans and technical solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotations.
- Handle technical inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
3. Account Management
- Oversee client accounts, including maintenance schedules and contract renewals.
- Follow up on payments and contract extensions.
- Coordinate with service teams for smooth operations.
4. Customer Support
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage service issues.
- Act as the link between clients and service teams.
- Support troubleshooting and modernization efforts when needed.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in elevator/escalator services.
- Good knowledge of elevator/escalator systems and maintenance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
