Requirements:
- Carry out routine maintenance checks and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Troubleshoot and respond to breakdowns or faults in facilities and equipment.
- Perform installation and setup of basic equipment and fixtures.
- Maintain records of maintenance works and update logbooks.
- Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are well-kept and safe to use.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site.
- Support in facility improvement projects or renovations when assigned.
Requirements:
- Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Facility Technology or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience in building or property maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems.
- Ability to read simple technical drawings and manuals.
- Physically fit and able to handle minor lifting or manual tasks.
