• Approve inspection and maintenance documents.

• Carry out engineering improvement activities to enhance mechanical and electrical systems.

• Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations are followed.

• Facilitate the work of external contractors to ensure safety requirements and operating and quality standards are met.

• Lead the preventive and corrective maintenance work of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Manage team's performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Perform complex fault analysis and testing of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Perform on-the-job coaching for team members.

• Plan for the allocation of work and deployment of manpower.

• Track quantities of and support the purchase of maintenance supplies and expendables required at work base.
