We are now hiring in preparation for further growth.This role is responsible for developing methods that transform raw data from different sources into useful, consistent, and machine-readable formats.
This role requires good organization and coordination skills, as well as knowledge, communication, and management of maintenance and inventory related strategy, framework, development, execution, operation and governance. Direct contact with relevant stakeholders, internal and external, will be necessary.
Key Duties and Responsibities:
o Take care of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or oversights;
o Not interfere with or misuse anything supplied for their health, safety and welfare;
o Report quality related problems and HSSE hazards or deficits within their area to the QHSSE department;
o Promote and take part in the QHSSE continuous improvement process.

This role requires good organization and coordination skills, as well as knowledge, communication, and management of maintenance and inventory related strategy, framework, development, execution, operation and governance. Direct contact with relevant stakeholders, internal and external, will be necessary.
Key Duties and Responsibities:
- Primary driver for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's Maintenance & Inventory strategies and initiatives.
- Define scope and manage the deliverables including budget, strategy, and schedule in entirety.
- Manage performance and accountability towards defined KPIs. Establish the right KPIs for team success, monitor progress, and ensure continuous performance improvement.
- Manage a team effectively, in relation to the following scope:
- Manage the development, implementation, and sustainability of strategies and programs to ensure that the maintenance system is effective and user-friendly.
- Manage and contribute to the development, execution, and supervision of plans, policies, programs, and practices that deliver, control, protect, contextualize and enhance the value of the maintenance and inventory data throughout the asset's lifecycle.
- Ensure processes are in place for the offshore spare part management, and to implement relevant initiatives such as the digital warehouse, codification procedures, QR coding system improvements, etc.
- Ensure that adequate governance is in place to support the processes including continuous improvement processes defined.
- Provide technical support to Operations as required on Maintenance & Inventory matters.
- Define, maintain, and uphold the integrity and accuracy of Lifecycle Information (LCI) within domain of expertise (Maintenance & Inventory activities, solutions / applications, etc.)
- Perform training (new / refresher) as necessary to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support towards bidding activities as required.
- Manage stakeholders involved and encourage positive communication with core and support functions within YP.
- Ensure compliance with corporate specifications / philosophy / standards.
- Engaged in Lesson Learnt approach and process. Continuously promote good practice through lifecycle approach.
- Travel as required, including but not limited to shipyards, other Yinson offices, candidate vessels (onshore/offshore), operational production units (offshore) and onshore support bases.
- Develop, write and/or review philosophies and standards as required.
- Monitor relevant industry trends to identify opportunities and best practices for adoption that can support and enhance existing solutions.
- Recognize barriers and develop resolution initiatives.
- Review and ensure continuous improvement on developed initiatives.
- Other relevant tasks as requested by Reporting Manager and Chief Technical Officer.
- QHSSE Duties - every employee shall:

Requirements:
- Degree qualified in a technical subject.
- Excellent written and verbal communications ability.
- Experience in oil & energy industry (+5 years).
- Previous leadership role (+5 years).
- Relevant experience in IFS maintenance system implementation.
