Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage activities at contract manufacturing sites (as assigned)
• Support, maintain, and enhance production test systems and equipment
• Develop and implement robust processes and procedures for product calibration and testing
• Analyze test data, identify failure trends, and drive root cause analysis with corrective actions
• Ensure test systems meet quality, safety, and reliability standards
• Lead or support projects of varying scope to introduce or improve manufacturing methods
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and specifications
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure smooth product transitions
• Contribute to achieving key performance metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity)

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechanical Engineering
• 5-10 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in test engineering or manufacturing support
• Experience working across electrical and mechanical domains
• Proficiency in analog and digital circuitry and test methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to root cause analysis
• Excellent data analysis skills, with knowledge of statistical tools and techniques
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated project leadership or team coordination experience
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel 25-50% for manufacturing support at regional or global facilities
