Technicians / ServiceResponsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all electrical and mechanical systems in construction projects
- Review and approve M&E design drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure compliance with project specifications and statutory regulations
- Supervise site installation works and ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical or coordination issues
- Lead testing and commissioning processes and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor project budgets and manage cost control for M&E packages
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to project team and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Report progress and issues to senior management
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
- At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in construction or building services
- Solid knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Proficient in reviewing M&E drawings and specifications
- Good communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiar with AutoCAD, BIM, and MS Project will be an advantage
- Registered Professional Engineer or LEW license holder (preferred, but not mandatory)
