Responsibilities:

• Lead QA team in inspections, testing, and documentation
• Develop and review FAT, HAT, and PAT plans and protocols
• Track testing progress and present updates in meetings
• Ensure documentation and test records meet standards
• Lead the commissioning of shipboard electrical & automation systems
• Plan and monitor commissioning activities based on project schedules
• Oversee safety, manpower planning, and productivity of the team
• Coordinate with departments and vendors to resolve technical issues
• Ensure all construction work is complete before commissioning begins
• Lead the team during Sea Trials and ensure successful execution
• Set performance targets, manage training, and improve work quality
• Conduct safety audits and manage departmental safety programs

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marine, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
• 7 years of marine industry experience
• Experience managing teams and commissioning marine systems
• Strong knowledge of Class, QA standards, and shipboard systems
• Sea Trial and shipboard experience required
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work onboard and at heights
