- Supervise and execute electrical installation tasks, including conduit/piping layout for machinery
- Interpret and work according to electrical schematics and wiring diagrams (in English)
- Coordinate with mechanical and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Guide and lead junior electricians on-site and in workshop settings
- Ensure safety and quality standards are adhered to during installation and commissioning
- Support overseas project deployment as needed
- Manage tools, materials, and schedules effectively for electrical tasks
Job Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in electrical conduit installation for industrial machinery
- Able to read and understand English technical drawings
- Able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English (required to work with a bilingual team and understand English manuals and instructions)
- Willingness to perform overtime and travel for overseas assignments
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on skills
