Maintenance Section Manager (Facility)

Main responsibility is EHS and Facility management

• Working Days: 5 days Mon-Fri
• Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Salary: SGD 6,600 - SGD 7,600
• Working Location: Tuas West Rd

Job Responsibilities

Primary tasks

• Lead the Maintenance Section of the Technical Department
• Lead the companies Environment, Health and Safety activities
• Plan & manage maintenance activities within the designated company's facility
• Responsible for maintaining and updating all technical drawings within the department.
• Responsible for the electrical works for the company
• Confirm the quality and safety aspect of the facility related maintenance work.
• Review Risk Assessments and FMEA (where applicable) for maintenance activities
• Manage the budget for the Maintenance Section
• Shall participate in audits held internally and by 3rd Party

Job Requirement

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with minimum 7 years of experience in related field; or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience inrelated field.
• Have experience in Environment, Health and Safety management
• Managerial role experience is an added advantage
• Experience in people management
• Having a LEW license is an added advantage. Minimally must have basic understanding of electrical systems
• Knowledge of ISO Management systems (ISO 9001, 140001, 45001) and auditing the systems
• Experience in Risk Assessment and FMEA
• Able to use auto-CAD for updating of drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft word, Excel, Powerpoint)
