Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Head, Electrical (Production) to lead and manage electrical production activities in Tuas. The role involves planning, executing, and supervising daily operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage manpower, resources, cost, and project schedules.
• Supervise daily department operations and electrical repair jobs.
• Coordinate with various departments to meet project goals.
• Review material requirements and coordinate with the purchasing team.
• Monitor and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in project meetings and liaise with clients and subcontractors.
• Control and optimize departmental budgets and minimize material wastage.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely work reporting.
• Promote safe work practices and good housekeeping across teams.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in the marine industry or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Good understanding of safety and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on and able to manage high volume work effectively.
