Skilled Position
Position: Maintenance Technician / Skilled Worker

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain the hotel's electrical systems, lighting, HVAC, kitchen equipment, laundry machines, fire safety systems, etc.
• Inspect and fix system faults
• Perform preventive maintenance work
• Supervise contractors and ensure quality workmanship
• Follow fire safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

• NITEC diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Familiar with tools and safety regulations
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Unskilled Position
Position: Maintenance Assistant / General Worker

Possible Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians with simple repair tasks, such as carrying tools and cleaning work areas
• Follow instructions to complete basic support tasks
• Perform simple facility checks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, cleaning filters)
• Support the team in daily maintenance duties

Requirements:

• No formal diploma required, but must have basic hands-on ability
• Willing to learn technical work with a positive attitude
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
