Electrical Technician

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Field Technician for work related to Audio-Visual (AV) & technology. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational technical skills to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and growing industry.

Position Summary:
This role involves the installation, maintenance, and support of AV/IT systems at client sites. You will work closely with a team to ensure high-quality service delivery and technical support, all while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot AV/IT equipment at various client locations
• Provide on-site technical support and customer service
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during site work

Requirements:

• Polytechnic diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Audio-Visual or Technology field (fresh graduates or those looking to enter the AV industry are welcome to apply)
• Basic understanding of electrical systems or relevant technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Experience working directly with clients on-site is a plus
