Maintenance Planner (Manufacturing/ Pharma Plant/ Contract)

IMMEDIATE VACANCY

Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submits maintenance and calibration plan at least one month ahead to operation executives for alignment.
• Details the weekly maintenance and calibration plan and discuss with Technical Executive, Production, Logistic and QA on available time window.
• Ensure good schedule adherence of the routine preventive maintenance and Calibration plans. Monthly computation of the engineering KPI.
• In charge of statutory inspection schedule for all statutory equipment on site and ensure that they are performed before the due date.
• Work with external inspection companies on non-destructive testing and thickness measurement for any of the equipment to be inspected as part of risk-based inspections.
• Take care of the arrangement of window for vendor who has service contact with the company, which includes allocating the window for servicing.
• Supporting in project as follow:Provide details list of current equipment and instrument

1. Assist in hardware set up for printer, labelling and scanner.
2. Perform the relabelling of all equipment and Instrument
3. Participate in project validation

• Provide partial support for project including spare parts management and coordination

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel (Basic Formulas and Operators), such as utilize a combination of basic arithmetic, logical functions (like IF), lookup functions (like VLOOKUP and INDEX MATCH), and text functions (like CONCATENATE and TRIM) for data manipulation and analysis.
• Having engineering background with knowledge in mechanical like tank, vessel, dryer, centrifuge, pump, valve utilities or instrument such as actuator, level, temp. flow and pressure transmitter.
• Know the SAP system
