Job Description

• Manage the design, technical specification, selection, modification and troubleshooting of electrical engineering equipment, components and systems to provide electrical engineering support to construction, operations and maintenance and project teams
• Use engineering drawings, datasheets and layouts to support construction, operations and maintenance and engineering activities
• Manage project schedule, resources, cost and deliverables to minimize risk and improve productivity
• Effectively manage staff under the direct control of the position holder ranging from coordination to directing people and teams
• Manage clients and partners to ensure continuous engagement by gathering requirements and feedback and resolving issue
• Implement Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) procedures and put in place risk control measures to ensure a safe and reliable workplace environment
• Prepare business proposals to capitalize on new business opportunities and draft contracts and negotiate contract terms and conditions

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Is result oriented and possesses strong skills in planning, project management, problem solving, communication, interpersonal relations and supervision of teams.
• Ability to manage complex or multiple projects
