Responsibility & Scope of works:

Manage, supervise and co-ordinate small projects, electrical installation turn-on inspection & licensing inspection undertaken by the Company and works assigned to you by the Project Manager.
Participate in company tender exercise and quotation.
Assist in price negotiation, drawings preparation and related activities.
Ensure timely requisition of resources such as labour, materials, equipment for the small project works - power upgrading, tenancy renovation works, A&A works, etc.
To issue site purchase order - purchasing material for electrical installation works.
Inspection & Testing of the electrical safety of electrical installation in commercial and retail, healthcare, industrial building in compliance with Code of Practices.
Review of drawings and documents related to Tenancy Works, Power Upgrading Works, Licenced Electrical Worker Services.
Issuance of CS3 Endorsement; Licensing Renewal Quotation & Inspection for Building Tenant Units.
To manage Preventive Scheduled Maintenance and Shutdown Servicing of Building Electrical Installation.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Power/Electronics Engineering
Good communication skills, team player, independent, strong leadership and self-motivated
Knowledge in Electrical Installation (EI)
At least 1-2 years working experience in the related field.
Fresh Graduates or Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
