Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to Maintenance Department.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities in the appropriate logs.
  • Support preparing documentation and reports.
  • Assist in regular maintenance inspection and liaise with the vendor for the schedule arrangement.
  • Perform other general administrative duties assigned by Superior.

Requirements:
  • Superior organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to the little details.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Basic qualification or sufficient experience as an Admin in Construction Sector.
