- Work at oil/petrochemical plant as a member of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Maintenance Team.
- Work on daily maintenance work (e.g. calibration of instruments and analysers, cleaning instruments' sampling lines, greasing motors, visual inspection for substation equipment)
- Work on breakdown maintenance work (e.g. replacement of instrument and control valves, calibration of instruments, replacement of motors, troubleshooting malfunction of control panels, assistance of plant emergency shutdown, assistance of plant re-start-up)
- Work on shutdown maintenance work (e.g. Lock-out Tag-out, replacement of equipment, calibration of instruments and analysers, assistance of vendors' maintenance work)
- Instruments (e.g. pressure transmitter, mass-flow meter, thermo-couple, control valve, density meter, pH meter, solenoid valve)
- Electrical equipment (e.g. motor, switch-gear, motor control centre, UPS, power distribution board, local control panel, Fire Alarm System)
- Assist client in planning their modification, expansion and improvement work.
- Update technical documents and Cost estimation.
- Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards. Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Monitoring project budget.
- Assist the company in all regulatory inspections and audits (Corporate HSE audit, ISO audit etc) and ensure agreed actions are promptly implemented.
- Assist in purchasing and prepare purchase requisition
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
Requirements:
- Diploma in electrical or electronics
- Communication (spoken and written) in English
- Computer skills - Excel, Word, Auto Cad
- Work in Jurong Island.
- Work overtime for breakdown and shutdown maintenance.
- Respond to emergency on-call before/after normal work hours.
- Required to work on weekends and sometimes at night depending on site situation.
- Numeration depends on experience and qualification
- Must be willing to work in Jurong island.
