Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall facility and various systems maintenance.
Support other functional groups in meeting project milestones, managing costs, quality, certification, and documentation.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on machinery and equipment to ensure continuity of construction activities in a safe manner.
Onsite diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical and software issues.
Implement preventative maintenance programs.
Coordinate with operations and production teams to schedule maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Manage spare parts inventory and order necessary replacements.
Develop and follow maintenance procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with Chinese and local vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure machinery and equipment function correctly.
Analyse equipment performance data and suggest improvements.
Install new equipment and systems as needed.
Perform such duties as may from time to time be assigned to you by or under the authority of the company, and comply with all resolutions, regulations, and directives made by or under the authority of the company.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Mininum 10 years in related field or equivalent experience with hand-on technical and procurement skill in maintenance, repair of machinery.
Good sourcing skill and experience in handling both local and oversea suppliers.
Team Player.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
