Assistant Admin Executive (Technician – Facilities Management)

Responsibilities:
Facilities Management and Maintenance
• Independently troubleshoot facilities issues at various centres and provide best solution using cost-benefit-performance analysis.
• Basic repairs and maintenance works at Fei Yue premises, including height works.
• Optimizing the use of space within facilities to support operational needs and accommodate growth or changes in the organization.
• Supervise installation / replacement works on facilities and equipment which are carried out by vendors / contractors and ensures all works are carried out appropriately.
Health and Safety Compliance
• Part of Workplace Safety & Health Committee.
• Ensure all installation/ replacement works carried out by the contractors complied with the safety standards.
Others
• Develop and review work processes pertaining to FM.
• Ad hoc dispatch duties.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
• Maintain and upkeep an inventory list on spares for all centres.

Requirements:
• Holder of Higher Nitec in Facilities Management & Engineering or Integrated Mechanical & Electrical Design
• Preferred at least 2 years of facilities management and project management experience.
• Able to travel to various locations.
• Possess a Class 3 driver’s license.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Able to interpret single line electrical diagrams and layout plans for ACMV, fire protection and plumbing & sanitary.
