The incumbent is responsible for promotion information maintenance, and he/ she is expected to

• Maintain all advertised promotions, promotions that are in prints (e.g. newspapers/ catalogues/ brochures) in the SAP system.
• Ensure promotion details are consistent between print advertisements and SAP system.
• Communication of promotion details to inventory team and warehouse teams.
• Communication of promotion details to stores for execution.
• Ensure promotion products and offer prices are correctly downloaded at POS.

Requirements

• Diploma, preferably in Business or Business IT
• Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Meticulous, self-driven and results-oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Resourceful and problem solver
• Team player with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with other departments
