Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Review CDD / BCAP/ ID documentations as per CDD guidelines.
• Support Business Units for maintenance instructions by ensuring the relevant Delegation of Authority (DOA), General Ledger (GL) and PC Code are given.
• Ensure all requests are processed within the agreed service-level agreement (SLA) and as per procedures specified in Department Operation Manual and requirements as specified by regulatory bodies
• Coordinate and follow up discrepancy items with relevant parties timely and escalate any exceptions to supervisor.
• Attending to email & phone enquiry from BUs, GTS, COO and operation teams.
• Work closely with our internal stakeholders on escalations and initiatives follow up.
• Provide support in ad-hoc project, working closely with Regional CAS Ops and assist to conduct LV testing on various systems enhancements.
• Accept any Ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field with minimum 5 years of work experience in the Banking industry
• Knowledge in the industry regulations is preferred i.e. MAS626, FATCA/CRS
• A good team player and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Meticulous with an eye for detail, organized with good problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office -Word, Excel & PowerPoint
