The School of Computer Science and Engineering (SCSE) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research on predictive computation models based on deep learning.
• Develop advanced machine learning algorithms for sociometric data analysis.
• Fine-tune the predictive models against existing datasets
• Publish good research papers in top-tier journals.

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree in computer science, electrical and computer engineering, or related disciplines from a top-tier university.
• Good programming skills in e.g., Python, Matlab, C/C++, etc.
• Proven research ability as evidenced through a portfolio of publications and/or conference papers.
• Experience in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and pattern recognition is preferred.
• Excellent communication and team-work and English writing skills.
• Research experience and background in face expression recognition is a strong plus.
