We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Officer who is able to inspect, repair, and maintain building facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring all properties in the portfolio remain tenantable and compliant, and that maintenance works are carried out efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage, and maintain all assigned properties to tenantable conditions.
• Attend, supervise, and resolve property repair, maintenance, and compliance issues promptly.
• Conduct property inspections and facilitate repairs, reinstatements, and improvement works.
• Ensure all maintenance works follow relevant housing laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Communicate accurate and timely updates to relevant teams and management.
• Document all work requisitions with proper supporting records.
• Source, evaluate, and expand contractor databases; obtain and review quotations for works.
• Liaise with stakeholders on work requirements, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues amicably.
• Carry out takeover and handover of properties as required.
• Perform hands-on servicing for air-conditioning units, condensers, electrical repairs, and general mechanical works.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Who We're Looking For

Education & Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Building, Project, or Facilities Management.
• Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in Real Estate or related fields.

Experience:

• Hands-on experience in building maintenance and facility management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently while supporting team members.
• Familiarity with general building and facility maintenance standards.
• Proficient with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to attend to site issues when required.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to diagnose and perform minor repairs independently.
• Working Schedule:
  
  • Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm
  • Alternate Saturday, 9am to 1pm

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD 4,200 - SGD 4,500
