• Working Location: Woodlands / Tuas
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, maintain, troubleshoot, and replace electronic equipment and computer systems to ensure operational reliability.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on the return, repair, and collection of faulty or serviced equipment.
• Track and analyse fault patterns and trends, preparing monthly progress and performance reports.
• Provide on-site guidance and support to users on the proper use of equipment, including Collection Terminals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Engineering or Relevant working experience
