-\tOversee cable routing, termination, earthing, control panels, motor wiring, and integration with building systems.

-\tSupervise daily electrical installation works for lift systems including controllers, motor drives, call stations, wiring, sensors, and safety circuits.

-\tCoordinate with mechanical team for shaft readiness, power supply, and interface works.

-\tEnsure installation complies with approved shop drawings, method statements, and manufacturer instructions.

-\tAssist in testing, commissioning, and handover of lift systems.

-\tVerify correct installation of safety devices, limit switches, interlocks, and emergency systems.

-\tEnsure lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), permit-to-work, and safe access in lift shafts.

-\tDiagnose electrical faults and provide effective corrective actions.

-\tSupport breakdown rectification, adjustments, and performance optimization.

-\tMonitor progress against project schedule and report to management.

Requirement:

-\tDiploma in Electrical / Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.

-\tAt least 5 years experiences in electrical works for lift / elevator systems, with site supervision experience.

-\tFamiliar with Singapore codes & regulations (BCA, EMA, MOM, SS/CP standards).

-\tKnowledge of lift controllers, motor drives, safety circuits, interlocks, and earthing systems.

-\tAble to read drawings, follow method statements, and manufacturer requirements.

-\tStrong understanding of site safety

-\tExperience in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of lift systems.

-\tGood coordination skills with mechanical teams and main contractor.
