Our company provide electrical services in residential renovation, commercial building reinstatement, industrial factory and construction site.

Position: Senior Electrical Technician (Full Time)

Working Day: Monday to Saturday
Working Time: 9am to 6pm
(Able to reply message and answer call after work and day off.)

Salary Range:

$3,000 to $5,000

(Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.)

Job Requirements:

• With at least 3years electrical works experience in housing renovation or construction site.

• Well knowledge in cable sizing, local electrical codes and electrical loading.

• Well knowledge in maintain workplace safety especially in awareness electrical hazard & safety.

• Familiar with housing renovation procedure.

• Experience in building electrical shutdown and SP Services testing procedure.

• Good project management and site co-ordination skills.

Job Responsibility:

• Liaise closely with house owner or interior designer in providing the project team expertise and supervision.

• Attend all site meeting and site inspection assigned by direct project director.

• Conduct site marking prior to commencement of work.

• Coordinate and arrange join site meeting with LEW for all electrical activities to carry out at job site prior to commencement of work.

• Provide solutions and advisory to technician in troubleshooting on electrical faults & trips.

• Responsible to carry out work plans for each project to ensure goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget, and other performance targets.

• Responsible to do planning, organizing and scheduling project workflow and technician schedule.

• Daily contact with the client for all project electrical related matters, manage client requests to ensure we are providing an exemplary service to our customers, and assist with building client relations.

• Ensure all the work carried out safely and in accordance with safety work procedures and comply with LEW requirements.

• Assist in handover check list (if necessary) with house owner or interior designer.
