We're hiring a Maintenance Coordinator to support daily facilities operations in a distribution environment. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being on the ground, working with contractors, and keeping things running smoothly and safely.

• Location: Near Boon Lay
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office hour
• Meal Subsidy: 50% subsidy on daily meals
• Salary: up to $4.2K + Completion Bonus + Medical Coverage
• 12 months renewable contract

What You'll Be Doing:

• Keep track of maintenance, repair, and inspection records
• Coordinate daily work with internal teams and external contractors
• Support safety inspections and follow up on action items
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with reports and documentation
• Oversee contractors during installation, maintenance works, and minor projects
• Make sure all works are carried out safely and according to requirements

Requirements

• Min 2 years of facilities or maintenance-related experience
• Basic safety knowledge and able to conduct or support safety briefings
