Purpose: Optimize engineering operations and facility maintenance through structured planning and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling: Coordinate all maintenance activities and manage the daily work order lifecycle.
• CMMS Administration: Oversee the HxGN EAM (or equivalent CMMS) to track work orders, labor hours, and equipment status through to closure.
• Inventory Management: Lead parts inventory control, including cycle counts and ensuring critical spare parts availability for reliability.
• Technical Compliance: Maintain accurate technical documentation, vendor manuals, and process diagrams.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a Maintenance Planner role within a cGMP/Pharmaceutical environment.
• Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in CMMS (HxGN EAM preferred) and knowledge of Equipment Qualification (GMP).
• Regulatory: Familiarity with local government codes of practice and safety regulations.
• Core Skills: Strong communication skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
